Michael A. Miller

Overview

Michael A. Miller is a member of RWL’s State Contracting, Procurement, and Bid Protests practice, with extensive experience in:

• Contract litigation before Maryland Circuit Courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland
• Bid protests and contract claims before the Maryland State Board of Contract Appeals
• State and local government affairs

Because of his prior experience in various staff and advisory capacities to local, state, and presidential political campaigns, Mike understands the important relationship between administrative law and government affairs when it comes to resolving disputes with government agencies.  As a former network administrator, he also brings a high degree of technical understanding to government procurement involving information technology, including enterprise service provision, software as a service (“SaaS”), electronic document management, and systems maintenance services.

Mike is a member of the American and Maryland State Bar Associations.
