Devon L. Harman

Overview

Devon Harman is an associate in the firm’s Complex Civil and Commercial Litigation, White Collar Criminal Defense and Investigations, Business and Commercial Transactions, and Sports Law, Gaming and Facilities practice groups.

Devon’s practice involves advising and defending clients in high-stakes civil and criminal litigation at the state and federal levels. She also has experience advising clients in an array of regulatory compliance and administrative law matters, and assists with government contracts at the federal, state, and local levels.

Devon is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Jennifer B. Schiffer in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
